Clients
Most of our clients are large highly regarded concerns with a heavy bias towards the Investment Banking and Telecommunications sectors. We have 'preferred supplier' agreements in place with several organisations in both sectors. In addition we also have active clients in Retail Banking, IT / Management Consultants, Insurance, Retail and other sectors.
Candidates
We operate our systems based on an in house database currently holding details of more than 90,000 candidates which we have accumulated over the 5/6 years of active advertising and recruitment. We endeavour to keep these records as up to date as possible by way of letter, EMAIL and telephone canvassing.
The candidates on the database include IT practitioners at all levels of skill and 'platform' specialisation. Whilst the majority of the candidates are seeking 'contract' roles, a substantial proportion ( approximately 25%) are interested in permanent roles.
Business/Market Specialisation
We see no requirement to dramatically change our present approach for the future. We expect to continue to specialise in the placement of 'contract' personnel but with a steadily increasing proportion of the total business in the future being made in the permanent market.
