Contracts
Question:
When do I receive my contract?
Answer:
Two copies of our contract together with our confirmation note will be sent to you for signature and return upon verbal confirmation of the contract by our client. Your signed copies will be sent to you when the client has returned to us his side of the contract duly signed.
Question:
Is my contract IR35 proof?
Answer:
We are not qualified to give legal, financial or accountancy advice in this respect but we can put you in touch with qualified professionals if you require. Whilst our contracts cannot be guaranteed to be IR35 proof we have worded the contracts in such a way as to make them as IR35 friendly as we think possible.
Timesheets
Question:
What time sheets can I use?
Answer:
Some of our clients require their own form of time sheet to be used and will provide them directly, for those that do not we provide our own time sheets to be used during the duration of the contract. In either case they must be signed by the client and yourself before being submitted to us in support of your invoice claim. You can download the timesheet here.
