Company History
John Stout Associates was founded in 1992 as a private company to permit John
Stout to operate as a freelance IT recruitment consultant. In 1995,
John Stout, and Richard Stout converted the private company to operate
as a recruitment consultancy.
From 1995 to 2001 John Stout Associates Limited grew steadily focusing
on delivering a high quality level of service to “blue chip”
customers for the provision of highly skilled personnel within the
Information Technology and Telecommunications sectors. During this
period John Stout Associates achieved a significant period of growth,
40% turnover year on year. We believe this is due to our successful
approach to business, providing highly skilled placement personnel
and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
From mid 2001 to mid 2003 our business was affected, like most
organisations in the sector, by a severe downturn in the market.
However since 3rd quarter of 2003 we have benefited from a significant
upturn and can now look to the future with confidence.
